1. When sending out abstracts, the authors of the articles must necessarily mark the section of the conference to which they relate.
2. The article is added to www.aztuconference.aztu.edu.az by registering on the page.
3. The article should be presented in a text format in one column and have 3-6 pages.
4. The article should be submitted in Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian and English. In the early articles should be given summary (3 words) and key words (in the amount 250-4) in 5 languages (5 languages of the conference where the paper was drawn up in other languages).
5. The article should be prepared in MS Word format A4 (left and right – 2 cm, top and Bottom – 2.5 cm), font Times New Roman 12 PT, line spacing 1.0 and with a paragraph indent 1 cm in nutriactive writing.
6. The article should be prepared in the following sequence: the title of the article - in the middle, in capital letters, in bold, at the end of the 6 – pt interval, the full name of the author –s)-in the middle; the place of work of the author(s), city and country-in the middle, at the end of the 6-pt interval (if the authors represent different organizations, the name of the author and the organization is numbered with an upper index), e-mail address.
7. References: the name of each cited source is numbered without translation, in accordance with the sequence of its use in the article.
8. In the article, the table and pictures are numbered: the table is at the top of the table, to the right (e.g., Table 1), the figure is below the figure, from the middle (e.g., Figure 1), and the text is output from the section (top and bottom), leaving 1 empty line.
9. Mathematical expressions are compiled using the formula editor (Equation) of the MS Word program. Only formulas used in the text are numbered. The formula is written in the middle of the line, and its number is in parentheses on the right.
10. When sending an article to the conference, the e-mail contains information about the authors: the full name (surname, first name, patronymic) of the author, academic degree, academic title, place of work, position, phone number, title of the article, section number and the name of the conference.
