REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTING AND ORGANIZING ABSTRACTS TO THE CONFERENCE

1. When submitting their articles by registering on the aztuconference.aztu.edu.az website, authors must indicate the conference section to which they belong.
2. When submitting an article to the conference, the following information about the author must be provided:
author's full name (surname, first name, patronymic), academic degree, academic title, place of work, position, phone number, title of the article, conference section number and name are submitted electronically.
3. The article must be submitted in Azerbaijani, Russian or English. At the beginning of the article, a summary (50 - 100 words) and keywords (3 - 5 numbers) must be provided in 3 languages ​​(in which the article is submitted and in the other 2 conference languages).
4. The article should be prepared in MS Word in A4 format (left and right – 2.5 cm, top and bottom – 2.5 cm), Times New Roman font size 12 pt, 1.0 line spacing and 1 cm indentation in the text.
5. The article should be prepared in the following order:
• title of the article – in the middle, in capital letters, in bold, 6 pt interval at the end,
• full name and surname of the author(s) – in the middle; in bold, 6 pt interval at the end,
• academic degree and academic title, educational institution represented in regular font, 6 pt interval at the end,
• city and country – in the middle, in regular font, 6 pt interval at the end,
• ORCID code – in the middle, in italics, 6 pt interval at the end
• e-mail address – in the middle, in italics, 6 pt interval at the end.
6. References: the name of each cited source is numbered in the order of its use in the article without translation.
7. Tables and figures are numbered in the article: table – above the table, on the right (e.g., Table 1), figure – below the figure, in the middle (e.g., Figure 1) and 1 blank line is left between the text (top and bottom).
8. Mathematical expressions are drawn up using the equation editor (Equation) of the MS Word program. Only formulas referenced in the text are numbered. The formula is written in the middle of the line, and its number is written in brackets on the right.
9. The article should be presented in a single-column text format and should be 3-5 pages long.
