CONFERENCE PRESENTATION AND PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ABSTRACTS

1. When authors send their theses and articles by registering on the website aztuconference.aztu.edu.az, they must mention the conference section to which they belong.
2. When sending an article to the conference, the following information about the author should be noted:
the author's full name (surname, first name, patronymic), scientific degree, scientific name, place of work, position, telephone number, title of the article, section number and name of the conference are presented in electronic form.
3. The thesis and article must be submitted in Azerbaijani, Russian or English. At the beginning of the thesis and the article, an abstract (50-100 words) and keywords (3-5 numbers) should be given in 3 languages ​​(in which the article was presented and in the other 2 conference languages).
4. Thesis and article in MS Word program in A4 format (left and right – 2.5 cm, top and bottom – 2.5 cm), Times New Roman font size 12 pt, 1.0 line spacing and 1 cm indent in in-text writing should be prepared transversely by leaving.
5. The thesis and article should be prepared in the following order:
• the title of the article - in the middle, in capital letters, bold font, 6 pt interval at the end, full name and surname of the author(s) - in the middle; in bold type, 6 pt spacing at the end, an asterisk (*) in the upper left corner of the presenting author's name, and that author must be registered electronically. • academic degree and scientific name, the educational institution it represents, with a 6 pt interval at the end,
• city and country – 6 pt interval in the middle, with regular font at the end,
• ORCID code – in the middle, in italics, 6 pt interval at the end
• e-mail address – in the middle, in italics, 6 pt interval at the end.
6. Bibliography: the name of each cited source is numbered according to the order of its use in the article, without translation.
7. Tables and figures in the thesis and article are numbered: table – above the table, from the right (e.g., Table 1), figure – below the figure, in the middle (e.g., Figure 1), and from the text part (from top and bottom) 1 blank line is displayed .
8. Mathematical expressions are compiled with the formula editor (Equation) of the MS Word program. Only formulas referenced in the text are numbered. The formula is written in the middle of the line, and the number is written in parentheses on the right.
9. Abstracts should be 1-2 pages, articles should be presented in one-column text format and should be between 3-7 pages.
