On December 4-5, 2024, the Azerbaijan Technical University (Azerbaijan), the Institute of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Azerbaijan), the Institute of Management Systems of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Azerbaijan), the National Defense University (Azerbaijan), the National Aerospace Scientific Research Institute (Azerbaijan), Istanbul Technical University (Turkey), Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute of the National Technical University (Ukraine), Qazi University, Ankara (Turkey) will organize the II International Scientific and Technical Conference on "Infocommunication Systems and Artificial Intelligence Technologies" at Azerbaijan Technical University.

The activity of the conference is aimed at developing perspectives based on architectural concepts of next-generation communication networks, new scientific and technical solutions, prospective digital information and computer technologies, establishing strategically effective service sectors, forming a unified information infrastructure in the industrial-oriented communication sector, and shaping a digital economy transformation model. It involves a comprehensive analysis of the synthesis and development of the basic principles of the transition to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, efficient integration of information and communication technologies, as well as fostering collaboration between higher education institutions and telecommunication firms, influential research centers, and corporate leaders.

 The purpose of organizing an international scientific and technical conference is to ensure the effective development of telecommunications and management systems, information security, radio-electronic, and aerospace systems by the recommendations of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU-T), as well as to create service sectors, science, education, and research fields that meet the requirements of a unified information infrastructure, based on the principles of the fourth industrial revolution, ensuring the increase of information and energy efficiency, and creating scientific and technical background for perspective network concepts, as well as the formation of digital, quantum, and intelligent technologies.
